My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were alright but could use a bit of updating, and they felt cozy, especially when staying in a suite with the family. The service was good; The location was perfect, right in the center of Ruidoso within walking distance to all the shops and great restaurants. The dining experience was satisfactory, with tasty options available. The facilities met my needs during the stay.
